Where did this summer go? It seems like yesterday that we watched the Class of 2024 walk across the stage, but as I write this we are gearing up at BUHS to start the 24-25 school year.
This summer I took some time to think about our values, the things that I believe are non-negotiable for not only me but all those who work at Berne Union High School. My takeaway may seem simple and obvious (and it is). We are here to
serve the families of this district. One of my core beliefs is that YOU are the primary driver of your student's education. We are here to advise, to teach, and to create as many pathways to success as possible, but I believe that you know your student better than anyone else, and I will always rely on your input.
I have renewed my commitment to serve this community and help you as much as I possibly can. The office re-opens with full-time hours on Monday, July 29. Feel free to call or stop by with any questions or needs that you may have. I will do my best to make sure that you receive the help that you need.
I am committed to making my 14th year at Berne Union the best ever for serving this community. Thank you for continuing to allow me the opportunity to do so.
