Kindergarten Registration for 2018-19
Berne Union elementary will be holding their annual kindergarten registration this year on March 5-9 from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm each day.
If you have a child or know a child who will be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2018, he/she is eligible to attend kindergarten for the 2018/19 school year.
In order to register, you will need to bring the following:
- the child’s birth certificate
- social security number
- custody papers, if applicable
- proof of residency
- immunization record

Kindergarten Registration for the 17-18 School Year
Berne Union elementary will be holding their annual kindergarten registration this year on March 13-17 from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm each day.
If you have a child or know a child who will be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2017, he/she is eligible to attend kindergarten for the 2017/18 school year.
In order to register, you will need to bring the following:
- the child’s birth certificate
- social security number
- custody papers, if applicable
- proof of residency
- immunization record
