You need to update your Kroger Community Rewards

Thank you to all who have signed up for Kroger Community Rewards! If you haven’t signed up, now is a good time. If you have already enrolled, it is time to re-enroll for the new year of Kroger Community Rewards. In order to continue contributing to your organization through the May 1st 2015 to April 30th 2016 year, you need to re-enroll in the month of April. For a member to re-enroll their card they simply:

Go to 

Click “sign-in”

Put in their email address and password that they used to enroll their card.

Put in the group number or part of the name of the organization.

Choose the correct organization.

Click Enroll

You are now enrolled for the May 1st 2015 to April 30th 2016 year of Kroger Community Rewards. If you are having an issue with your password and or email address please 1-800-KROGERS, press 5 for customer service, press 5 to speak to a customer service representative.

If it’s the first time they are registering, you will need to set up their account first. For a you to enroll their card the simply:

Go to 

Click “create an account”

Put in their email address and password. Confirm their password

Enter plus card OR alt ID number

Go to Community Rewards (near bottom)

Follow through the steps. (Name, address, etc.)

Put in the group number or part of the name of the organization.

Choose the correct organization.

Click Enroll.

You are now enrolled for the May 1st 2015 to April 30th 2016 year of Kroger Community Reward.

Kroger Community Rewards


Dear Non Profit Organization 84155,

Congratulations on your enrollment into our Kroger Community Rewards Program. Your participants can begin enrolling online within 48 hours of this notification. Just go to the appropriate website mentioned below and begin enrolling.

You have been assigned a new NPO number 84155.

Please refer to this number in all future correspondence.


* Simply encourage your members to register online at
* Be sure to have your Kroger Plus card handy and register your card with your organization after you sign up.
* If a member does not yet have a Kroger Plus card, please let them know that they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
* Click on Sign In/Register
* Most participants are new online customers, so they must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.
* Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions
* You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
* Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
* Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number.
* Update or confirm your information.
* Enter NPO number or name of organization, select organization from list and click on confirm.
* To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.
* REMEMBER, purchases will not count for your group until after your member(s) register their card(s).
* Do you use your phone number at the register? Call 877-576-7587 to get your Kroger Plus card number.
* Members must swipe their registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.
* If you are interested in the alternate SCANBAR method of member registration, please call 800-837-4483 and a SCANBAR letter will be mailed to you.

Senior Baby Ads

Baby Graphic

Baby Ads are a great way to congratulate and show your love for a senior graduating in May of 2015.  Parents, guardians, families, and friends can pair a photograph of a graduating senior, a photograph of the senior as a young child or baby, and a loving message within the pages of the 2015 yearbook.  These are purchased at a price of $40.00.  Please open the link labeled Baby Ad Contract below, print, and send it in with payment and pictures.

Preschool Program

Graduation cap clipart

This year’s Preschool graduation program will be held on May 28th at 10 am in the auditorium at Berne Union. Both Mrs. Folk and Mrs. Smith’s classes will be signing songs and will then proceed to hand out Preschool Diplomas. Parents, and other family members are welcome to attend. We encourage you to make this a special day and spend the day with your new Preschool Graduate. We hope to see you there.

Night at the Races

On April 25th we will be holding a “Night at the Races” at the Berne township “old” fire house. This fundraiser will benefit Baseball and the Berne Union Athletic Boosters General fund. Horses are on sale for $25. Contact any Booster officer for details or High school baseball coach Eric Carmichael.
